Because I purchased bookfunnel, and I'm using it to share stories by other authors.

What is bookfunnel?

In short, I’m not sure. I’ve only had it a week. But their customer service people are fantastic, the community is fun, and there are SO MANY opportunities for someone like me to fire slices of my upcoming books at people. So that’s what I’m doing. I should have got it back in 2019, so I could use it to promote Who Built The Humans? but you know me, I had a weird few years and released the book during the worst of the UK’s lockdowns with ZERO advertising… not my smartest marketing move.

What’s the catch?

Some of them might ask for your email address, just like I did a long time ago. It’s fine, Sci-Fi authors are very rarely as chatty as I am. They only want your email address so in 5 or 10 years they can send you more free stories. Me? I’m an extrovert, I like to chat with you. Everyone else on this list of free stories is probably writing quite a bit more than me and not coming out of their offices.

I should go do that.
