I enjoy stories that deal with truly non human perspectives, so this was up my alley and I liked it. But I will admit I hard trouble 'translating' some of the descriptions to what I'd recognize them as, making the world a bit hazy to me. In a sense that fits with how different a mushroom is.
Thanks for the comment William, I really appreciate it.
The scientific, poetic descriptions were deliberate, so the haziness was intentional, but I hope it was not too strong during your reading. I didn't want the language to be too human when in Plennimb's head, but I didn't want it too foggy either.
I was able to identify the plane, but it was the talk about seeders that left me puzzled. Was still able to follow the plot though. Also I got the deluxe edition and can't open the .kcb file I got, having trouble finding something that can. Even getting Kindle Create itself didn't work.
Thanks for letting me know. It passed all my tests but I must've missed something. If I can't get it fixed, I'll replace the file with a PDF tonight and can email it to you to the email you used to buy it.
I'm glad you didn't pick up on the seeder right away, that keeps the pacing good!
I can imagine the kcb file issue will take me a while to rectify, so I have removed it and added a PDF in its place. When the kindle file is sorted, the listing will include both files just in case, but for now, you should be able to go back into it and see the PDF. If not, I'll email it to you in about 5 minutes :)
I forgot to add the recommended listening to this one. Would anyone want to recommend a track or album?
Amazing story, Philip. I was mesmerized from beginning to end.
Thanks Meg!

Also quite the ominous ending.

A fun balance.
And yeah, I do love my ominous endings.

Got the PDF, thank you.
I have now uploaded an ePub and Mobi file to the listing. Thought I'd let you know in case you prefer those formats :)
Also, thank you for grabbing the deluxe eBook. I hope it is suitably weird :)
